Cost for Services

At Blooming Being Counseling, I believe that healing should be accessible and transparent. Here is information about my current rates and insurance coverage.

Insurance

I am currently in-network with the following providers:

    I recommend checking with your insurance provider to ask about your mental health benefits, deductibles, and reimbursement rates.

I use Headway to manage all insurance billing and appointment scheduling.

Private Pay Rates

For clients choosing to pay out of pocket:

  • Individual Therapy: $175 per 55-minute session

  • Couples Therapy: $250 per 55-minute session

  • Extended Sessions (75-120 min): Available upon request

Our first session

In our first session, my goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you can begin to share your story at your own pace. I’ll ask questions to better understand your background, current challenges, and what you hope to gain from therapy. We’ll explore your goals and begin identifying patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Most importantly, I want you to feel heard, supported, and empowered as we start building a strong therapeutic foundation together.

Goal Setting

I approach goal setting as a collaborative process, guided by each client’s values, needs, and desired outcomes. In our work together, we clarify what healing or change looks like for you, then break it down into realistic, meaningful steps. I help clients stay focused while remaining flexible, adjusting goals as insights emerge and life evolves. Whether it’s improving communication, building self-worth, or healing from trauma, our goals are tailored to support your growth at a pace that feels safe and empowering.
